The hotel location provides convenient access to many attractions. I appreciate coffee was available all day. The staff ensured I had a special memory of my stay. The room included a complimentary non-alcoholic minibar.

The hallways has noticeable scent of cleaning products and carpet.

My Standard Double Room featured a comfortable bed and simple decor. The space was clean and adequate for one person. All necessary amenities were available. I found the room satisfactory for a short visit.

The breakfast had many options, like fresh baguettes and French cheeses. I enjoyed the variety, also the availability of coffee throughout the day was nice. It was a good start each morning with good food.

convenient location and friendly service

helpful staff complimentary minibar

i found the staff very helpful . they readily assisted with directions and recommendations. the complimentary minibar was a plus. i also appreciated the availability of coffee and snacks in the breakfast room (especially during those afternoon slumps!).

the carpets looked stained and worn. i think the hotel could benefit from updating them. this detracted a bit from the overall impression (i hope they address this soon).

the location is superb for anyone interested in shopping. multiple metro stations are within walking distance. several restaurants and shopping options are located nearby (it made exploring the area so simple).

breakfast offered a good variety of options. i found the pastries especially good (i am a sucker for a good croissant!). the hotel also provided complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic drinks throughout the day.

the hotel features an elevator from the entrance, useful with luggage. complimentary coffee and non-alcoholic beverages are accessible. i also had access to strong wifi throughout the building (very convenient for work).

small room moldy grouting

the location was acceptable, it allowed easy access to several metro stations.

The room i stayed in was disappointing (to say the least). it was small and felt quite cramped for a standard double room. the bathroom was also in poor condition. The shower leaked, and there was mold in the grouting. i was also provided with two half rolls of toilet paper, quite inconvenient.
